What should I expect during a Sunday service?
When you arrive, you’ll be greeted by people who are genuinely glad you’re there. You’re welcome to participate as much or as little as you feel comfortable.
A typical Sunday includes:
Singing and worship
Prayer
Communion (the Lord’s Supper)
A short break to connect and check kids into KidsTown
A Bible-centered message
Time to reflect on what God is teaching us
You will not be asked to introduce yourself publicly or do anything that makes you uncomfortable.
Many people simply come in, sit down, and experience the service.
Our goal is to create a space where people can encounter God and explore faith in a welcoming community.
What is the parking situation?
We have visitor parking spaces close to the front doors. If you find that they are full, there's always lots of overflow parking at Keiser University directly across the (low-traffic) street.
What should I wear?
There is no dress code at CrossWay. Many people dress casually, while others choose business casual. You are welcome to come as you are.
What if I don't know anything about church?
That’s completely okay. Many people who visit CrossWay are still learning about faith, the Bible, or Christianity.
You won’t be expected to know everything. Feel free to simply observe and take things in at your own pace. If you want to participate, the worship leader always cues when it's appropriate to sit or stand, but people are always able to do what they prefer.
Will I be singled out as a visitor?
No. We love meeting new people, but we will not ask visitors to stand up or do anything that might make them uncomfortable.
Will people pressure me or try to “convert” me?
No. Our goal is not to pressure anyone, but to create a place where people can learn about Jesus and grow at their own pace.
If you ever want to ask questions or talk more about faith, we’re always happy to have those conversations—but there’s no pressure.
What if I’ve had a bad church experience before?
Unfortunately, many people carry painful church experiences.
CrossWay strives to be a community where people can rediscover the heart of Jesus — grace, truth, and genuine love for others.
You are always welcome to visit and see what the community is like for yourself.
What if my life isn't "together"?
Church is not for people who have everything figured out.
It’s a place for people who are seeking God, growing, and learning to follow Jesus together.
No matter your past or your story, you are welcome here.
Do I have to give money?
No. If you’re visiting, please don’t feel any obligation to give.

Giving is something our members do as part of their relationship with God, but as a guest, we simply want you to come and feel welcome.
Can I watch online before visiting?
Yes. Many people like to watch a service first before visiting in person.
You can watch live or browse past messages anytime on our website.
