Most people want meaningful relationships, but real community can be difficult. Busy schedules, past hurts, fear of being known, and the desire to stay independent can all keep us at a distance.
Jesus paints a different picture. He prayed that His followers would be deeply united so that the world would see God's love through the way they cared for one another. Real community isn't optional—it's part of how we follow Jesus and grow in our faith.
Opening Prayer
Father, thank You for bringing us together today. Help us be honest about the barriers that keep us from genuine community. Open our hearts to Your Word and show us how to take a step toward deeper relationships with You and with one another. Amen.

Think about a team, club, or group you've been part of. What made you feel like you truly belonged?
Option B (Deeper)
Why do you think it's easier to stay connected online than to build real, face-to-face community?

This week, take one intentional step toward someone else. If you're looking for a church family, we'd love to have you join us this Sunday as we continue following Jesus together here in Tallahassee.
