our story, your place

CrossWay began in 2004 with a small group of people who simply wanted to follow Jesus and live out the New Testament together.

That heart hasn’t changed.

Whether you're exploring faith for the first time or coming from another church background, we want you to know—there’s a place for you here.

rooted in scripture, open to you

We’re a church centered on Jesus and shaped by the Bible.

What that means for you:

• We center everything on Jesus
• We teach directly from the Bible
• We aim to follow Scripture over tradition

If you come from a church background, some things may feel familiar.
If you don’t, we’ll help you feel at home.

what we believe

We believe Jesus is the Son of God, raised from the dead, and the center of everything.

We believe the Bible is God’s Word and guides how we live.

We believe following Jesus involves faith, repentance, and baptism—and a life shaped by Him.

We’re not trying to complicate faith—we’re trying to live it.

Explore Our Beliefs

how crossWay began

We come from the Restoration Movement, a group of churches focused on returning to the simple, biblical practices of the early church.

CrossWay started as “The Church at Shiloh Farm” in March 2004 with about 35 people.

For several years, the church met in a barn and chapel before moving to our current location on Village Square Blvd in 2012.

Since then, God has steadily grown our church family into a multigenerational community.

leadership

CrossWay is led by a team of pastors and leaders who share teaching and shepherding responsibilities.

Our team includes:
• Kris Stowers (Lead Pastor)
• John Kimber (Teaching Pastor)
• A diverse teaching team

We also have staff and volunteers leading areas like kids, students, and community groups.

CrossWay is guided by a church board that provides accountability, direction, and care for the whole church.

As we grow, we are prayerfully pursuing continued biblical leadership development.

Meet Our Leadership Team

following jesus together

We believe faith isn’t meant to be lived alone.

So we gather, we learn, we serve, and we open our lives to one another.

You’ll see that in:

• Sunday worship
• Midweek gatherings
• Home groups across the city
• Serving in our community

serving beyond ourselves

We’re committed to serving both locally and globally.

Locally, we partner with ministries like Samaritan's Purse, Ronald McDonald, Helping Hands, and Meals on Wheels.

Globally, we support work in Ghana through Ateiku Christian Ministries—helping meet physical needs and share the hope of Jesus.

come see for yourself

The best way to understand CrossWay is to experience it.

We’d love to meet you, hear your story, and help you find your place.
